Sutffing for Turkey de la Cezra

Apple, Bacon Stuffing

Ingredients:
* 2 Apples
* 4 slices Butcher Cut peppered bacon
* 1 clove of garlic
* 1 T Salt
* 1 T Oregano
* 1 T Parsley
* 1 T Rosemary
* 1/2 T ground Pepper
* 5 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread

Cut apples into small chunks and place in bowl.
Add spices and mix together.
Tear bread into small chunks and mix in the bowl as well.

Fry the bacon in a pan. Cut the bacon into small chunks, add to bowl.
Pour 3 T bacon fat into the mixture.
Stir and stuff into turkey.

use any remaining around the base of your turkey for gravy later.
